Please tell our members about the latest developments at Sago Networks.
Our proudest achievement of late is the completion of Sago's own fiber network that connects the metropolitan Atlanta area to our Tampa and Miami locations. This fiber will make transportation of data between datacenters or even connecting to other carriers faster and cost effective. The choice of carriers has been lacking for many customers in the southeast, but by connecting to both NAP's of Miami and Atlanta, Sago has the capacity to transport up to 800Gbps for its customers and resellers of data transport. Many carriers that provide transport only as far as Atlanta or Miami can soon extend their offerings to go those extra 600+ miles through our fiber network.
What sets your service apart from other companies?
Sago's ability to meet the needs of customers is one of its most amazing features. Some companies have borrowed and borrowed to try to break into this business, but we have a debt free company and wholly owned infrastructure. Not everyone can afford to build the facility to become a major player in the hosting business. Sago has the experience and the facilities already built and fully under our control. The staff of Sago possesses expertise to help clients determine the best way of solving their most difficult networking and hosting issues. It's why our managed and custom server solution packages have become very popular as companies require cost effective and increasingly more powerful hosting solutions.
What are you ambitions and plans for the future development of Sago Networks?
What eventual obstacles do you foresee?
Sago Networks expects to increase its profile for what we are already known for: great service as a custom solutions provider, expandability to meet customers growing demands, and experience in the operations of multiple datacenters. We plan to be a major hub for much of the hosting and traffic through the Southeastern US and a premium global hosting destination for customers that need Geo-hosting located in the United States. We have already overcome one of the biggest obstacles in our business of acquiring large
amounts of bandwidth to accommodate customers' growing needs by acquiring the fiber network to meet future growth demands. We are now able to provide any specifically desired carrier that provides connectivity at either of the NAP's in the Southeast. Sago always looks for the obstacles in its path to resolve them quickly, but we only look for obstacles as a new challenge to provide a better solution. Our motto has always been 'The Internet Solutions Provider', and we strive to live up to that title each and every day.

| Wireless/Broadband News Sago Networks is continuing expansion of its wireless network to provide up to several hundred megabits of full duplex to portions of greater Atlanta, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Bradenton, Sarasota and north up I-95 to Jacksonville. This wireless network ties into our own fiber network which extends from Miami along I-95 to Jacksonville and on to Atlanta as well as from Daytona Beach along I-4 through Orlando and on to Tampa. As we look to increase partner arrangements with other fiber owners and marketers nationwide, this will allow Sago Networks to provide fiber connectivity nationwide.

Sago Networks has completed upgrades to the cooling airflow in our facility. This improvement provides a more cost effective and eco-friendly environment which we are very proud of in this energy crunching era. We are also continuing to expand our facilities in Tampa, Atlanta and Miami to provide unique, tailored services to customers who need co-location, managed services, data recovery, and disaster prevention. Sago provides connectivity to both network access points in the South-Eastern United States (Miami and Atlanta) with its wholly owned fiber transport. This provides access to over 100 carriers for our customers. As to provide a faster install time for our customers, we now have racked and ready to go Dell 850 and 1425 servers. These servers come with CentOS installed and upon receipt of payment can have them up and running in just a very short time period. Sago Networks looks to the future of our industry and accepts the challenges to constantly better our products and services.

Billing Department News
Our billing department provides our customers full access to their accounts and invoices via our portal on the website. When you go to our website, look for the “Customer Portal” in the top right hand corner, click, enter your account name and password and you are in. In your account you can see all your services, communicate with departments and even see and pay your monthly invoices. Do you prefer a paper invoice? No problem, just open the invoice and click “CTRL-P” and you have your invoice printed. Remember all invoices are due upon receipt and to avoid suspended service, ask about keeping a credit card on file to save you the trouble of having to remember to pay your invoices.

Bastille is a free tool that will perform an assessment and help to isolate areas that are commonly exploited and general basic security points Extremely easy to install, this is a great tool to both improve you security and learn more about these settings as well. It will generate an .html assessment of your system with descriptions of each area. As you run it in the shell, it uses a text interface that takes you step by step through locking down permissions and settings.
